The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has reiterated his commitment to banishing the spectre of galamsey, describing his commitment as “resolute and immutable”.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has assented to the Bill for the establishment of the Office of Special Prosecutor, at a brief signing ceremony at the Flagstaff House, on Tuesday, 2nd January, 2017. In the presence of the Vice President, Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, President Akufo-Addo also signed the Bills establishing the Zongo Development Fund, the Coastal Development Authority, the Middle Belt Development Authority and the Northern Development Authority.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, is confident that with a spirit of reconciliation, fairness, integrity and hard work, the best days of Mother Ghana lie ahead of us.

A Parish Priest of the Christ the King Church, in Accra, Rev. Father Andrew Campbell, has congratulated the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on some of the policy decisions he has taken since assuming office on 7th January, 2017, and urged him not to be disillusioned by his critics.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on Wednesday, 3rd January, 2018, met with leaders of the Christian community at the Flagstaff House, Accra, to discuss matters of mutual concern, at a closed-door meeting.
