The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has indicated that neither he nor his government has any interest in preventing genuine citizens from being issued with identity cards, in the ongoing National Identification Authority (NIA) registration process.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on Friday, 22nd June, 2018, swore into office Ghana’s Ambassadors to the Senegal and Guinea, at a brief ceremony Presidency.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has assured that, shortly, Government will put out a statement setting out a comprehensive roadmap, including the lifting of the ban on small-scale mining, to deal with, on a permanent basis, the grave threat of galamsey to the present and future health of Ghana.

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on Friday, 22nd June, 2018, received letters of credence from four envoys, at a brief ceremony at the Jubilee House.  

The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has stated that from the 2018/19 academic year, which begins in September 2018, all Colleges of Education in the country will be upgraded to University Colleges.
