His Excellency President John Mahama has met Service Comanders of all the state security agencies at the Castle, Osu.

In a statement read on behalf of the delegation, Chief of Defence Staff, Peter Augustine Blay, expressed condolence to the President for the loss of his boss the Late H.E President Mills.

He further pledged support for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and assured him of the support of the security agencies to maintain peace before, during and after the December polls.

President Mahama thanked the delegation for their support to the NDC administration since its inception and accepted their condolence.

He said, "I have been working with you for sometime, as a Chairman of the Armed Forces and Police Councils, so i have now doubts that will continue" 

President Mahama added that, his administration will work hard to support the Security Agencies with the requisite tools and equipments to enhance the delivery of their service to the good people of Ghana.
