I am deeply saddened by the death of Clement Kubindiwu Tedam, a great Ghanaian patriot, and a stalwart and legend of the New Patriotic Party, which occurred in the early hours of today, Friday, 26th April, 2019.
I am saddened by the news of the sudden death of Major General Francis Vib-Sanziri, Ghanaian Head of Mission and Force Commander of the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF), which occurred today, 19th April, 2019, in Israel.
The Vice President of the Republic, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, left Accra, Ghana for Oxford, UK on Wednesday April 24th, 2019 to speak at a seminar organized as part of a series of lectures at Oxford University in honour of renowned British development economist Sir Paul Collier, who serves as the Professor of Economics and Public Policy in the Blavatnik School of Government and the director of the International Growth Centre.
